The version that she is wearing is called a 33knot Black Chotki with one black divider bead. Its a variation of the most common 33Knot Chotki with the Cross bead.
Anna is not the only Tennis Star that wears these bracelets. Even the Worlds Nr 1 Novak Djokovic also wears a Chotki. In his case even every match he plays. For the record his Chotki is with the Cross Bead instead of the black bead.
