50 Cent, Hands Up If you Wear a Religious Necklace

Curtis James Jackson III, more famously known as 50 cent, admits to believing in God and quite understandably so since he had been through so much, even managing to survive after getting shot 9 times back in May of 2000. Perhaps this is why in almost every photos of him you will see a prominent cross pendant necklace dangling from around his neck such as the photo above of him in Bangkok with his G-Unit members . In the photo you will notice the iced out cross pendant shining brightly as if refusing to be outshined by anything, least of all the stuffed elephant.
We can probably safely assume that cross pendant necklaces are a staple in this highly acclaimed rapper’s getup. It’s such an inspiration to know that even at your lowest point, you’ll always be given a chance to dust yourself off, move on and up and 50 cent is clear proof of that; hence the stage name “50 cent” which is symbolic of the word “change”.
After the May 2000 shooting incident, 50 cent found himself gradually climbing the ladder of success with the help of Eminem and Dr. Dre and eventually became a record producer, an entrepreneur, and actor among other things. If you’re a fan, expect more albums to be released as recent news features him saying that he plans on releasing not one, but two albums this year! Now if that won’t satisfy your fanatic cravings, I don’t know what will.

50Cent Performing With Cross Necklace

For the record, 50 Cent has declared a new chapter in his life- helping the United Nations Food program in Africa, where children are most likely to have just one meal each day. Some call it to be a a mogul’s midlife crisis. Not bad, for a guy as rich as he is. He went from being a drug dealer to No. 2 on Forbes list of richest black entertainers and raps about the privileges of a luxurious life such as women and champagne. 50 Cent, who’s Curtis James Jackson III in real-life, was notoriously shot nine times and the incident was dramatized in the movie, “Get Rich or Die Tryin”.
To help in this humanitarian yet risky endeavor, the rapper sprung a new line of energy drinks, called “Street King,” in which $0.10 of every bottle sold will go toward feeding children’s funds all over the globe. Quite admirable for someone who has written top-rating songs but doesn’t want to be remembered just for his compositions.
Seeing his honorable venture, 50 Cent is indeed worthy to wear a cross pendant .This photo features the artist wearing a huge , heavily iced cross rosary necklace in bling bling version, to match his white t-shirt and the rest of his white accessories for a complete hip hop outfit.
