Coming on third is Christie Brinkley, who, in the picture, is wearing a gold rosary necklace hanging in the middle of her deep V plunge neckline. With financial holdings worth millions and millions of dollars, it’s not a surprise if Brinkley can afford such a luxurious accessory. Not only is it expensive, but chic and trendy as well.
Being a model, Brinkley is aware of trends that come and go. Granted that she looks great in that outfit, Christie used to pose in a swimsuit for Sports Illustrated in three consecutive appearances which made her more famous. She was also privileged with the longest ever running contract with CoverGirl made by a model in history. With a supermodel along with other celebs wearing the religious trend, it could mean more sales to the businesses selling such items. The stars have always been trendsetters and they made the whole world love and embrace rosary fashion as if it would stay on the shelf forever. And perhaps it would.
Religious fashion has proven to be very versatile, easy-to-wear and stylish for any person. Just look at the number of celebrities and ordinary people wearing a rosary necklace.
