American actress and singer Juliette Lewis joins in the rosary-wearing public as she dons a prayer bracelet in one of her live performances. Prayer bracelets are not only popular today. It has been a noted accessory ever since Madonna brought it into the spotlight in the 80s. Many stars followed suit and so did millions of fans who are only eager to see what the hottest thing is in the season’s trend list and get it for themselves especially if their favorite celebrity is wearing it.
Lewis gained fame for her role in Cape Fear which got her an Academy Award and Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. With this accomplishment, more doors were opened including main roles in “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape,” “Natural Born Killers,” “The Evening Star,” and “From Dusk till Dawn.” She also earned two Emmy nominations for her work in television.
Juliette Lewis took the path of solo singer and musician with her rock band Juliette and the Licks but only until 2009.
